Summary:
Waste disposal companies don't always have the best reputation. They can be seen as unavailable, unreliable, and uncaring. That is not the case with Total Disposal. They are a residential, commercial, and industrial waste disposal company that actually cares. They needed help telling that story so we created a family friendly brand that focused on honesty and dependability via videos, social posts, photography, and a new e-commerce site that let users search by their address to see if they were eligible for residential service.​​​​​​​
The Ask:
Evolve the brand and marketing efforts of Total Disposal to stand out against their competitors by making them be seen as dependable, transparent, and trustworthy.
My Role:
I worked with the client to define their goals, strategized the brand positioning with copy so they could stand out in the market, and oversaw the execution of new assets created by a support designer so the brand experience across was consistent across all touch points.
Videos
Part of building trust is providing customers with helpful information. Total Disposal wanted to shoot some videos on two of their services, Roll-Off Dumpster rental and using their Weigh Station. They walk the audience through the steps of using each of the services and end on the tagline of Honest and Dependable. I was part of the process from script and storyboard, to casting, shooting, and through editing. The videos live on the Total Disposal website and have been shared on their social channels.
